This full-time role is designed for the junior salesperson eager to learn, grow, and excel within a scaling organization renowned for its expertise—aptly captured by our moniker, “Apartment Intelligence & Leadership.” We are embarking on an exciting expansion, adding three full-time Sales Associates to spearhead the evolution of our outbound systems for engaging with both our valued existing clients and new potential partners.
Your core mission will be to initiate and conduct outbound discovery calls, skillfully matching our extensive menu of specialized consulting services, market analysis reports, and strategic advisory deliverablesto the unique needs of apartment developers, investors, and stakeholders. With the Canadian government’s strategic focus on accelerating apartment development, the anticipated surge in industry demand is directly fueling our ambitious growth plans—and you’ll be at the forefront.
Successful candidates will benefit from a comprehensive 3-month onboarding and mentorship program, powered by our proprietary learning portal, ensuring you’re fully integrated into real-world sales operations and equipped for success from day one. Therefore, while direct commercial real estate experience is not a prerequisite, we highly value individuals who possess an insatiable drive to learn, a profound passion to succeed, and the vision to forge an exciting and lucrative sales career in the advisory space.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 to 5 years of demonstrated sales experience, preferably in real estate or a professional services field.
- A proven aptitude for, or success in, outbound sales activities (e.g., cold calling, lead generation) with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is highly beneficial.
- Exceptional telephone communication skills and professional etiquette, driven by a proactive “call-first” and client-centric mentality.
- Comfortable speaking with C-suite executives, owners of development companies, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Intelligent, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to continuous learning, process improvement, and mastering new information.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, primarily remote work environment as you execute ont he provided leads.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly, communicate persuasively, and begin the process of developing relationships.
- A genuine eagerness to learn and apply new knowledge in the specialized field of multi-residential apartment development and investment advisory.
- Comfortable working with sales engagement tools.

Beyond a competitive base salary (commensurate with your experience), we offer a progressive incentive and bonus structure tied directly to company performance and your significant contributions to our sales growth. Following your 3-month onboarding and mentorship program, you’ll receive your first salary increase of $5k!
You can anticipate on-target earnings of $70k-$75k and $90k+ in year two.
