What are the three most important things that every seller should know? Well the first is price. The main thing that you want to get right is the value of your building. In our other videos we walk you through some of the important components of valuing your building. As long as you get that right and as long as the buyer feels that he has purchased value, he isn’t going to back out of the deal. Number two – are there any financing issues that will affect the deal? This can impact the smoothness of the transaction and should be determined ahead of time. Number three – are there any building condition issues? To deal with this properly all parties need to understand the due diligence process from the beginning. And there’s a fourth.
