Her shift to the multi-family asset class marked a significant cross-industry transition, following an impressive 35+ year consulting career in the hospitality and tourism sector with CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services and PKF Consulting. Fran’s consulting portfolio encompasses a wide range of services, including marketing and financial feasibility studies, needs assessments, economic impact analyses, and the development of strategic business plans for various investment opportunities. Her extensive experience spans both the public and private sectors, and she has adeptly navigated public-private partnership arrangements throughout her career.
