We are launching a major expansion of our Sales Team. This isn’t a role for real estate agents or brokers—this is a professional services sales position focused on our high-level consulting and intelligence products. In an era of economic fluctuation, the apartment sector remains the most robust and best-performing asset class in Canada. We provide the leadership and research that drives it.

THE TEST DRIVE:

We believe in mutual fit. Your journey begins with a 3-month paid training and apprenticeship “Test Drive.” This period allows you to immerse yourself in our state-of-the-art onboarding, while we both ensure the role aligns with your career goals. Upon successful completion of the 90-day period, you will receive your first scheduled pay increase.

  • Execute the Discovery Process: Conduct high-level Discovery Calls to qualify leads and understand developer pain points and where they are in the development timeline.
  • Leverage Our Systems: Utilize Rock Advisors’ proprietary connections and state-of-the-art lead generation systems to engage with new prospects.
  • Expand Markets: Act as a brand ambassador for our Apartment Intelligence and Leadership services in untapped areas.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in daily training to master the nuances of the Canadian apartment marketplace.
